Free In-Person Pick up
You can pick up your order(s) from our shop in Kogarah, NSW. The address is
Shop 9, 9 Phillips Road, Kogarah, NSW 2217. Enter driveway of Bellee complex and pick up your order(s) at shop 9.
Pick up schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10:30am - 2:30pm or by appointment. Please bring your order confirmation. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up.
We offer local delivery (5km radius from Kogarah) for all products.
Postcodes served include:
2020, 2044, 2193, 2205, 2206, 2207, 2208, 2209, 2216, 2217, 2218, 2219, 2220, 2221, 2222, 2223, 2224.
If you are not in these postcodes but in the Sydney Metro area and would like your order to be delivered, please contact us at infor@miannafoods.com.au. We will try to work something out.
Local delivery cost is calculated at check out.
- Orders up to $100, the delivery cost is $30
- Orders from $100 to $150, the delivery cost is $25
- Orders from $150 to $300, the cost is $20
- Orders from $300 and above, delivery cost is free
Things to keep in mind
We encourage you to check your order(s) carefully before our delivery team leave your premises. Our products include many ingredients that can melt in the heat (i.e. buttercream & chocolate etc.). To ensure you receive the best products from us and for food safety reasons, please provide the correct address and be present at the delivery address to check and receive your order. Please note that we are not responsible for melted products if:
1. You are not present to receive the order and instructed us to leave the order.
2. You provided an incorrect delivery address.
Once your orders are delivered to you, make sure you store them according to our storage instructions. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact us.
WE DO NOT SHIP CAKES AND CUPCAKES. YOU CAN CHOOSE PICKUP OR LOCAL DELIVERY FOR THESE PRODUCTS
We ship Biscotti and Cookies Australia wide and only to a physical address. WE DO NOT ship to a PO BOX address. Please read carefully our shipping policy.
Our products are freshly baked based on orders with high quality ingredients and no preservatives. Some of our products are perishable (i.e cookies with soft fillings). Therefore, in order to get the fresh products to you as soon as possible, Express Shipping is required. The cost of shipping will be calculated at check out.
We make everything fresh so all orders will require 2 days of preparation before they are sent to you. When you place an order, the average time to receive your order is 4-5 business days. Australia Post Express shipping time estimate are as follows:
- Same state is 1-2+ business days
- Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Please note that these shipping times are an ESTIMATE ONLY. Shipping time may experience some delay during high seasons (i.e Easter, Christmas) or other situations such as strike or bad weather etc.
Shipping schedule is Monday - Wednesday (Except Public Holidays). If your order is placed between Tuesday and Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday to Wednesday the following week.
We would love for you to receive these delicious parcels in person. However, if you are not available, please indicate clearly a safe place to leave the parcels when you place the order. If there is no safe place to leave the parcels, they will be sent to your local post office for collection.
